Lunch time

I like to make healthy lunches. Something that is not too heavy but filling enough. A quick and easy dish I make often is tomato soup.

Wednesday

Belgo

Definitely the place to go to try delicious and fresh Belgian food. After a short wait we got a table at Belgo.

I did try the Classic mussels which were quite tasty.  They came in a steaming pot seasoned with white wine, celery, onion and garlic. Maybe next time I will be having these instead of the chicken.

I would recommend this place but probably not the restaurant in Covent Garden as this one just seemed to have too much salt in everything.

Vapiano

Oxford street means one thing-Vapiano! I love the fire roasted pizzas from here

The atmosphere is great and it is always busy..but there is a twist-you ar given a 'chip card' to order the food at each individual station. They make pasta, pizza and salads.

Salame pizza- Pepperoni, tomatoes and mozzarella

Pesto con spinaci pizza -spinach, pesto cream sauce, mozzarella and tomatoes

Time for some desert

Always wanted to try the tiramisu here

Next time I will be trying the pasta and death by chocolate..can't wait.
I recommend this cute casual restaurant ..if you are out on Oxford Street be sure to check it out!
